Note / For his exhibition in Museum De Pont in Tilburg, Jan Andriesse made a book about ‘kitsch’. Haagse bluf is a typical Dutch dessert, which is pink, and made of pure whipped egg white, sugar and currant juice. It dissolves in the mouth the moment you take a bite.
